Again, what\'s with casual restaurants blasting music in open ceiling spaces. It\'s so loud you will have to scream to be... heard. Also, ban your workers from wearing AirPods so they MIGHT get an order right. Read more
I\'ve about lost all hope in Chipotle and that\'s a shame. It\'s one of my favorite places. The tuscaloosa store has been... horrible so I hoped the Tupelo would be better. Cleanliness was good but the food was not. I ordered a steak bowl and my husbanda steak burrito. The steak in both were nothing but fat and gristle. I literally did not have one bite of meat in my whole bowl,all fat and gristle. The corn salsa looked really good but had fibrous hard kernels in it. First time I had tried it. Expected more options for add-ons but the steak burrito was pretty good
I’ve visited this location about 7 times since they’ve opened and unfortunately they still have not met the Chipotle... standard. Something is wrong with my order each and every time and like one of the reviews stated of they will neglect to tellyou when they’re out of items online to avoid complaint. The food is always off. Last week the queso was a non glazed paste,today the chips are 1/2 way done and soggy with lime juice. It’s literally always something wrong. I just wait and visit otherlocations when I’m out of town. Visited today 2/20/22 at around 3:00 and the employee at the window was rude. No greeting whenshe opened the window and no “your welcome” when told thanks. Read more
