Good food kind of slow service but overall not horrible
The bread was dry the little boy who made our food was rude, and the cookies were old and dry and you could see the flies flying... on the food because they forgot to close the cover. Read more
First? Last week I ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad through the Subway App- In ALL CAPS requested ?PLEASE PUT BUFFALO SAUCE... AND RANCH ON THE SIDE, NOT ON THE SALAD- Thank you? I go to pick up my salad (which is on a pick up shelf-) Took a quick look atit before I leaving, to find it completely covered in sauce and dressing? The staff person was in the back and I waited a fewminutes for them to come out, but they never did so I left. I managed to scrape off as much dressing as I could to make itedible, but almost half of my salad ended up in the trash. Today? at 8:39pm (store closes at 9pm) I called and said ?Hi can Iplease place an order?? and I was told ?We already put all of our stuff away for the night.? I asked if there was anywaypossible they could please make a quick and simple footlong with just Turkey Cheese and Green Peppers,- and that I was only 3minutes from the store- The reply was ?sorry we close in like 5 minutes? .. I corrected the worker stating ?It?s actually 20minutes until closing time not 5?? At which point I was hung up on. I would sort of understand if the sandwich request wascomplex requiring hot items, or sauces and several veggies; or if they were worried I would not be there to pay and pick up theorder before closing (but I did inform them how close by I was)? I am not the type of person to leave a bad review, (Itypically go out of my way to leave good reviews, as I prefer positivity over negativity) However; I have had SEVERAL issueswith food orders in the past, none of which I never complained about or ask for a refund or remake- Tonight?s issue was thelast straw for me, I will never be a Subway customer again.
