the credit card machine had connection issue when we were paying so I ended swiping my card multiple times requested by the... cashier. So did all the other big groups of tourists that were there at the same time. Sure enough I got triple charged afterreturning home in another state. Called the store for a week straight before I could talk to the manager who was the only personthat could help with money issue, and he promised to investigate and call back - which he NEVER did. Calling Wendy's serviceline was even worse - no one responded or reached out regarding my calls and online case requests. Horrible management. Read more
We were there last month to get food after hiking in the canyon for 2 days. I felt bad for the staff as it seems they are very... poorly mismanaged. They didn't have change, or ones. You could only use your credit card if it was under $25 so if it was over,they had to run separate transactions. My mom must have gotten the last of the fries in the batch because ours were hot and herswere like mush. I didn't know they don't serve vanilla frosties anymore? I know they are understaffed but being poorly managedisn't their fault. Read more
Just had the worst experience ever? we were in the restaurant ready to order, people were eating in there. Then we got send... away, and we?re told that we needed to use the drive thru since it was 20:30 and the restaurant was closed. Eventually weordered there, long waiting line and very very expensive too. The lady at the window was nice to us though. Read more
Truly unreal fast food experience. The restaurant was out of some salads we wanted and the manager immediately came to the... rescue. He gave us 2 other salads for free. This is the first time i felt that the managment honestly cares about the customer.It was truly a heart-warming experience and I?m sad we?re only staying around for another day. I?d love to have a restaurantlike this in my home town. The food was amazing by the way. Read more

Ended up at this Wendy?s on 10/12 during the evening rush. Huge line of people inside and the drive through. We had to wait in... line for awhile but the employees HANDLED IT and did an amazing job serving that many people. Hope you?re paying those employeeswhat they?re worth!! Read more
