Giving it 1 stars is incredibly generous of me. I waited a HOUR AND A HALF for a grilled chicken sandwich and fries. About 40... minutes in I asked an employee what was up and they said they would check what was up. I didn?t get my food until the managerchecked and it was still 5 mins after the manager knew. Waited over an hour for my food, went to the counter to ask about it and got my drink and went to class for an hour. Came back... and they still didn?t have it, they were pretty busy so I just assume they never made it. Now I am hungry and sad and $8 poorer:( Read more
I went at 12 when they were completely covered up and ended up having to leave to go to my class after I ordered my food on the... mobile order app 40 minutes ago. Once I got out of class I came back and told them that I still hadn?t received ny food. Themanager made it right and got me my food fast and even upsized my fries for free. They are always polite and I was impressedwith how they handled it after seeing how swamped they were. Read more
