I?ve only tried this Hardee?s 3 or 4 times & the food is always cold/old. I got chicken strips & fries tonight & the fries... weren?t even edible. They were very soggy & cold. The chicken strips had a weird texture, they were probably old too. I likeHardee?s but I?m surprised this one gets any business besides people off the interstate that haven?t been there before. Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwich was cold and had almost no meat. The fries were old and cold.
Thanks for not having a drive thru option for your breakfast. Every other restaurant in tuscola has it but you guys..so you... should probably figure it out..or close your drive thru thanks byeeee. Read more
The tuscola hardees locacted at the Love's travel stop in Tuscola IL has been consistently closing almost a half hour before the... closing time of 11pm. The 11pm closing time is even posted on the drivethru window and the location's entrance as well as beinglisted as the closing time online. I have now experienced this 4 times when trying to patronize the location within the 10pmhour. When trying to order at the drive through an employee only will say "we are closed" and nothing else even when i havepolitely mentioned that the hours posted on the front door say 11pm. The menu board is still illuminated as if the location wasopen and all the interior lights are still on, making it appear that the location is open when in fact the employees havealready begun shutting down the location ahead of their actual closing time of 11pm. I will not be patronizing this locationever again as it is a consistent reccuring issue and bc no employee will ever respond back when questioned on why they are"closed". I have taken my business to McDonald's down the street and even at 10:59pm, they are open and you can order anythingon the menu and they will politely make it for you. Read more
