On 10/28 around 9pm, I used the drive thru to pick up an Uber Eats order. The dinning was closed. I was asked to pull up to the... first window. Once I pulled up, no one was there. I continued to wait, still no one was there. After 5 minutes I saw someonestart packing the order. Even though she saw me, she still didn?t acknowledge my presence. I waited another 3 minutes. Still nogreet. Finally I honked. The lady came out, but not do greet me but to take a drive thru order. After 10+ minutes of waiting atthe drive thru without ANYONE coming to the window. The lady opens the window and just hands me the order. No apologies. Nohello. No heads your order. She didn?t care. Therefore, I right this message. Whoever was working this night. She was the onerunning drive thru, not cooking. Just rude. Next time, greet me & let me know you?re running a bit behind. Curtesy. Etiquette.At least. I will be posting this on yelp and coming in to speak to a manager. Unacceptable. If you?re a delivery driver. Stayclear of this place. I even called while I was waiting. No answer. Read more
