Really good ramen and excellent customer service. Came in for their annual celebration in early April and my partner and I had... the tonkotsu. We enjoyed it, wasn't too fatty. Ended up winning the raffle and getting a 60" TV. Would visit again!! Read more

This location looks and feels young and hip (lots of tables, bar seating, interior design vision), so I was a touch skeptical... about how it would perform on a midweek lunch. Fear unfounded, the Tonkotsu Black is flawlessly executed with a fantasticbalance of cream and salty richness. Great service and plenty of menu options are a bonus. I came to this place by random coincidence (my other favorite ramen shop in Tustin was also open but I hadn't tried this one yet... so I decided to give it a shot). I had the JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010 and let me tell you, it was mind-bendingly good. Theserver was courteous, attentive and nice and the service was quick and accurate.
