Rainstorm last night got us craving pho today. Pho totally hit the spot. Got the #17 pho with rare steak, well done brisket... and tendon. Don?t know what cut of meat the rare steak was, but it was chewy. However, the brisket and tendon were perfectlytender. The broth was flavorful but hubby who likes things saltier IMO, had to add fish sauce. The egg rolls weredisappointing. Filling was skimpy and will definitely not order it again. Service was quick. Seriously the BEST Pho around. I have been coming here for over 10 years. The workers are very helpful and kind.
Overall it was alright. The broth of the pho was kind of plain. The meat seems to be over cooked a bit. The shrimp rice roll has... chicken in it ????????. The pre-made drip coffee was okay. And The guy at the counter was nice though. Read more
