I went this evening at 8:58 P.M. to get an ice-cream. This web page states it is open until 10:00 P.M. I walked in and saw four... customers in line and went to proceed to the counter. A young worker approached me and said they are closed. I mentioned thetime on the web page which she then wanted to see my phone and the time for herself. After seeing it she said again theirclosed. Worst place I have ever been to. Very poor customer service. Employees in the back room on their cell phones while customers... wait in line being ignored. When friends of Employees come in to the store they instantly get waited on. A bunch of kidsunsupervised. It's hard to support local businesses when they have poor customer service and management doesn't seem to care. Three times it's been this way. Never again. Read more
