This Subway was our go to place. We got Italian BMT Pros on 8/28/22. We both ended up with food poisoning. So sick for 3... days! When I contacted them by phone, was told the manager would be calling back to make this right. No call from manager soanother call made. Still no manager in store but were told he would call. Still no call, so I went online and sent an email. The owner sent back an email apologizing which was nice, but resolution. Want a full refund ! I've continue to email him butno response! What is it with these food places that won't own up to badly prepared food and make it right?!?!? This Subway isNO LONGER our go to place for a good sub. It is now our STAY FAR AWAY place. A refund should be given along either betterattention to the product they are using so no one else has to get that sick from their total negligence! I like Subway... What I don't like is it takes for ever to give your order in the drive thru..when I'm the only vehicle in... it. Secondly making my sandwich takes a bit longer than I feel it should...and as I drive past the front only one vehicle is fordining in... This place is constantly out of ingredients. They have like 2 bread options minimum. The staff here are nice but do not handle... orders with efficiency. Prepare to be here for 20-30 minutes for a single sandwich. You?ll wait even longer in the drive-thru.Not sure why they have one. Lastly, the owner is cheap in case you didn?t already notice by my comment about never havingingredients. I normally have minimum issues with my orders as in skimpy ingredients when my sandwich is made. Typically have torequest more ingredients to be put on. The ratio of bread to ingredients lacks severely! To top everything off I paid for 2sandwiches and picked them up. Order was made on time and ready for pickup. When I got home the sandwich itself tasted sour andso did my husband?s. So we tossed the sandwiches only a few bites in. Waste of $23! I never call to complain anywhere or ask fora refund but I did on this occasion. The employee who answered the phone handled my issue with care but had to check with theowner about a refund. I received a callback and was told ?per the owner's store policy no refunds? I?ve literally never heard ofthis! I am passing the word on about this Subway and will go to the other franchise in 29 moving forward. It?s unfortunate thatwe allow places like this to stay in operation.
