Had bad experience ordering by the phone. Supervisor had a bad attitude. Somehow the math more than doubled on the price for a... large pizza. The pizza was burnt, dry, and tasted awful. Everybody can out pizza the hut. Should gave a one star. Read more
Papa John?s now redirects your call to a call center to order instead of the restaurant. I called and wasn?t spoken to for 5... minutes while I could hear chatter in the background. When I finally ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and arrived at therestaurant they gave me thin crust pepperoni chicken and onion. Stuffed crust, rubbery, thin couldnt cut or chew it without difficulty, lacked alot of cheese, half a** toppings mostly all on... one area, other had almost none.the family square pizza , tasted old and hardly had any cheese either, didn't even put italiansausage. First of all, no one answered the phone. So we drove there. Waited 20 minutes. Left with our pizza. Got a call from pizza hut.... Said we got the wrong pizza. Drove back and they said it was the right one. Gave us another pizza. The first one was correct andthey gave us both. Asked for fresh tomatoes when ordering and they were not.
