It's a decent Hoagie place for Twinsburg area OH, I didn't need to be yelled at when my Sandwich was ready though.
Pretty lame service. People ordering after me got their food before me, so that didn't make sense. Definitely won't be back to... this one. Updated: this location has actually been better recently. Still gets busy, but it seems like it's managed a lot betterthan before. Been here a few times and my order has been ready at the time they say it will.
