Well it's no longer Schwartz's.. Cool City Bar now... We had a good experience trying out the new place. A plus over previous... owner was that our server(Elliott) was very attentive ( hopefully not only due to few people there). Poor service was ourcomplaint when it was Schwartz's. Schwarz's has changed ownership and the transition has been terrible. Went here for my grandfather's birthday and we were in a... bit of a hurry trying to get him to a surprise birthday party. As a result we ordered quick food, stuff that comes out of thefryer. The waiter didn't write any of our order down and got our order incorrect. It took about 40 minutes to get our food and10 minutes for my grandpa to get a simple mix drink. As mentioned, when our order came it was incorrect and we were stillwaiting on a few things. We were in a hurry so we didn't have time to send our order back, the waiter noticed our untouchedentree and simply offered us a box. Terrible service and the food wasn't great either, simple fryer items were undercooked. Iwould not recommend anyone go here. Read more

The place was beautiful. Service was awful. Took forever to get our drinks even though we were one of two groups there. Multiple... items of our food order came out wrong or not at all. One even was dropped on the ground and they were unable to fully replaceit so he just got less food. The second round of old fashions were so bad we couldn?t drink it. It seemed like we were beingpranked, so we couldn?t help but laugh the entire time. I wasn?t going to post anything but once I saw that there were otherexperience like ours, I couldn?t help myself.
