Visit #1 8/2021. The food here was amazing! The shrimp are literally brought in off a boat, directly behind the restaurant! The... atmosphere is so eclectic and homey feeling, and the staff make you feel like you?re a regular here. We have recommended thislocation to everyone we know that visits Savannah or Tybee Island. We will be back again when we come down to the area! Visit#2, 9/2022. We came back to visit again and the food was still to die for! The shrimp and grits had such great flavor, the stoneground grits still had texture to them and not soggy, the shrimp were grilled to perfection, the andouille sausage pieces gaveit a kick and the coffee gravy just added that perfect amount of bitterness to the dish to make it exquisite. The shrimpplatter, we got grilled shrimp, were perfect! Perfectly grilled, tender, sweet shrimp paired with the veggies were such a greatparing. Kenneth was our server and was very friendly and courteous! Such an awesome gentleman, as we asked him forrecommendations as we are visitors to the area and we?re looking for other places to go. Again the service and food here arespectacular, and we will definitely be back on our next trip down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant!! We absolutely loved everything about our visit here. So glad another local told us about this gem. Our waitress Stacy was... perfect. She was attentive and gave us lots of recommendations. Hubby ordered us the baked scallop for an appetizer. For hisdinner he had a smash burger and fries with the abuela margarita. He also ended up ordering the Dirty Palmer for his seconddrink. He loved both drinks! I ordered the crab cake dinner with a side salad and fries. My crab cakes were amazing. I can?tbrag enough about the tenderness and it was moist as well. Excellent Seafood Gumbo and Loaded Jambalaya -- large portions and quite delicious. Our teens had the Smash Burger with fries... which they said was very good. Service, however, was painfully slow. Read more
Great place! Friendly staff, great service, and most importantly, great food. Shrimp was fresh and delicious. Cool atmosphere in... the open air outdoor seating. Make sure to stroll the docks and piers around the restaurant. We saw a stingray, turtles, andbest of all, otters! Read more

This was my first, but by far not my last visit here. I've heard from many people that the food was great, they were most... definitely correct!!! It did take longer to get our food, but it was so worth it!! Came to the table hot and fresh, stillstreaming. The crabcakes are honestly the best I've EVER had. The blackened Mahi Mahi and grilled asparagus was absolutelydelicious! My mother had the shrimp plate (caught fresh the day before) and it may just be the best shrimp on the island. Shenormally has to cut her corn off of the cob to eat it, but it was so tender she ate it straight off the cob. She also enjoyedthe steamed potatoes very much. She never finishes her whole meal, but tonite she cleaned her entire plate! And F.Y.I. theirhushpuppies are TO DIE FOR. Warning, they do not always have the Mahi Mahi or the asparagus, they were catch and veggie of theday. So if you're wanting either of those, I would call ahead of time to see what the catch and veggie of the day is. They haveindoor and outdoor seating, right on back river, so the sunset view was AMAZING. Shout out to Tori, our waitress, who wasfantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and super friendly. She's awesome! All in all, this is officially in mytop 5 favorite places to eat here on the island for seafood!!!! I'm now a loyal customer and will be sending people to eat hereevery day!! If you go after 6, be prepared to wait to be seated. They have allot of customers, because they are just thatgood!!!
