Always great brisket. Service great and dinning Room clean. Prices not bad. Favorite BBQ joint in Tyler.
The meat was very saucy. I got the three-piece meat, the pork and the brisket was very salty and the ribs was to fatty. The... first manager I spoke with, has said that he would replace my meal. Today, October 30th I spoke to the manager that was theretoday. She was very rude. Did not want to give me what the other manager said he would give and she was telling me everythingwould be salty again today instead of telling me to give me my money back if she thought that then she should?ve gave me what Iwas promised the first time. If this woman?s attitude is the way that they run the business, she has no business being in aperson or business or your one on one. I go to the one in Tyler the skinny boy that cuts the meat is a rude person I go there about 25 Saturdays a year and buy about... 150.00 once a year for a party the last 3 times I have asked for pickles and onions and never get them called the skinny boysaid he didn't care never will be back great barbeque horrible service I hate to see a great business ruined by sorry employees Read more
