My dad and I went here today at 11:30 am the young man has excellent service! He was working the drive thru! The food is always... fresh and hot! We definitely love this location, we will choose this McDonald?s over any other McDonald?s! Read more
Worst service, slow time, and staff only cares about talking with each other. It took me 25 minutes to get my food, a quarter... pounder meal and my son's nugget kids meal. Fries were cold and food was just thrown in the bag. ABSOLUTE worst in Tyler. Read more
This place usually has fantastic food made hot and fresh every time but they closed down 2 hours early on this day and not sure... why. There were obviously employees inside the store and three cars in the drive thru but as soon as we pulled in the lightswent out and nobody answered the speaker when we pulled up to it. Even had two more other cars pulling in to order food and wehad to all drive away and go somewhere else to eat. Not sure what happened on that night.... Read more
Usually pretty fast during lunch rush can get a little bigged down but usually only in the drive-thru. Never really had problems... except when trying to order through the McD's app but always been able to work it out in the end. Good place to grab a quickcheep bite. Read more
