Not gonna lie the smoothie was good but the customer service couldn?t be any worse. young lady at drive through window was rude... and had a bad attitude. Probably the same lady that was talked about in the last review. Read more
Went to this location yesterday morning and there was working being done in front of this location. There was a sign on the... door saying they were open but door was locked and employees were there. There was no sign informing customers to use the drivethrough. We figured that part ourselves. Once at the order menu your employee kept rushing us on our order. We asked why thedoor was locked and she didn't respond to us so we asked again and got an answer that the construction crew told them to keepthe door locked. Read more
Order ID: AAADAKUWACBR Time: 1:22:10pm 6/8/2022 Went inside to place order. We were greeted when we walked. The store looked... cleaned. I didn?t see name tags but that?s ok. White guy was washing pitchers lids and etc. Clean dishes a big plus + in mybook. Others were working on making smoothies and taking orders. All employees were working as a team. Different employees madesmoothies to complete my order. They completely my order in a timely manner. I would definitely come back to this store sametime. They deserve every star I give them. Service is terrible if you come in after 9. I?ve came many times 30 mins before closing time and theirs never even anyone there... to take my order in the drive thru. Read more

At first they gave my husband a 20oz instead of the 32oz we had ordered, had to have an order remade. What he was initially... given was bland and simply didn?t taste right. After going inside to bring it to their attention the employee nearly finishedhis sentences for him like she knew what He had ordered and she knew that it was bland. They may have taken the smaller drinkthey first handed us and tried to add more to it causing it to taste funny. If you know something wasn?t made right, don?t giveit out. Let the customer know there?s a hold up and take the time to get it right. Don?t try skimping your customer just causeyou want to get them on their way. Read more
