Such a ridicules place. We entered restaurant at 9.10 pm with kid and they brought our first order 10.40 pm without water or... plates. They served others who came after us and were least bothered about us though we said multiple times there is a littleboy who is hungry. We left restaurant without eating and the staff guy didn?t even apologize or had curtesy to convince or tostop us. Such a bad staff and bad place to choose. We will never visit this place ever again. I cannot begin to describe how bad this place was. We went for dinner around 7:30 and there were about 3 tables when we were... seated. It was about 10 by the time we left from there after experiencing one of the worst service I have seen. There werelittle kids in other tables who were so hungry after waiting for hours that they ate plain white rice and fell asleep. Whatastounds me is that it wasn't even so crowded. We were served literally one dish at a time for about 2 hours. I wont go back tothis place even if they paid me money to eat there. At the end of it, they served raw uncooked chappati, naan etc with reallybland curries. This place is not the same as Madurai kitchen that was here earlier (who were equally slow, but at least they haddecent food back then). The cherry on top was the host/waiter telling us that it is how they run things and that is what weshould expect! Read more

Horrible food ! Ordered just idly, vada and dosa. Why would someone who does know to make these things have it on the menu? Dosa... dominated with midha, sambar aweful, vada hard as rock and needless to say idly was hard as well. Have no clue how this place isstill withstanding. Read more
