For a super busy location, this team appears to have developed a system that keeps the line moving. Some errors were made on the... order, but it happens in fast paced environments, one supposes. Though clean, the lobby was crowded. Too many sketchy peopleloitering about the parking lot to sit and enjoy hot food, otherwise ok. Read more

Our Ukiah McDonald's is usually spot on. We are fortunate enough to have two locations to choose from. I have to say the one on... State St seems to be a bit cheaper but they both are very good at customer service and with getting the orders correct. Read more
Okay so I loved this location because 1 even though the lobby was closed, they let my daughter use the restroom and 2 their food... was delicious and fresh.
