I ordered two happy meals was told to pull forward 6:48 pm 7:30 pm forty minutes I walk in both my happy meals are cold sitting... on the counter. They said they switched shifts and no one told them there was a car pulled up at the white line when there isthree giant windows and they walk past my car four times to give food to next customer. Food was cold they had to remakeabsolutely ridiculous if I didn't go in I would have sat all night. The employees walk around like they are trying to figure outhow to make the next step the manager was absolutely clueless about anything if the owner reads this of the store please dosomething about your store it's pathetically ran. To the owner: Staff was friendly, facility was clean. BUT every time we come in, the ice cream machine is broke. Stop being... so damn cheap and buy a new one that works. We won't be back until you have a menu that is 100% ready to serve your customersthat have made you a rich man. Read more
