This restaurant receives one star due to the treatment of our 16 year old who is in a wheelchair because of Duchenne Muscular... Dystropy. Friday, March 25 at 5:30 we meet friends here to eat. At 6:25 another waitress came to our table of seven and told myson his wheelchair was in the way causing a safety issue and we need to leave. The employees parked him there. I talked to themanager and he stated we need your table because our lobby is full she should have never said that. (photo shows plenty of roomto safely pass and the bussing cart passed multiple times.) Our friends were embarrassed for our son and so was our son. He hasto daily deal with discrimination but this lady went over the top. Our son cried in the vehicle as he wants to be treated asnormal as possible. Sadly, I will never step foot in your store and I will ensure friends know how our son was treated. By theway your exhaust hood should be cleaned. It is absolutely disgusting. Read more
First of all let me say my husband and I LOVE Mexican food. We drive to Cincinnati often to eat at our fav place since Abuelos... closed in Crestview Hills. So we are always looking for a great Mexican place. Coincidentally we drove to Union one day and sawthis place and said Oh man we are for sure gonna have to try that place. And? we did. Last night in fact. I have to say is Iwould give this review 5 stars if there were more seating for waiting and if the wait time had been more accurately been givento us. We were told the wait was 10-15 min and we ended up waiting 40 min. That?s a huge difference. We had to stand in a verycrowded waiting area for a pretty long time because this place was packed to the gills. With all that being said, the overallexperience was worth the wait. We had pretty good margaritas. Something I wish all Mexican restaurants did is use a bettermargarita mix sometimes the cheap mixes can taste like floor cleaner. Although our drinks were good, I could tell the marg. mixwas cheap. (Note to the owner: Taste of Florida Margarita mix is by far the best pre-made mix I have ever had, your margs wouldbe the best in the area if you upgraded) We had table side guacamole which was phenomenal. I have never experienced this and tbhI was so excited about all of the colorful fresh ingredients. I will always order this when I go to this place. The free chipsand salsa were also very good. Especially the salsa. Wow! Not sure what the other dip was. I?m assuming some bean and cheesedip. It was super runny and a little weird. I skipped that dip after tasting it but I love a good bean dip. I have to agreewith another review about the chips, I wish they were thin and crispy. These chips were on the heavy side and thick. But theywere still good. Both of our entrees were just amazing. I had the shrimp chimichanga (loaded with super clean shrimp. Tough review...it looked awesome, but wasn't. Way too much 'cheese sauce' on everything we got gave everything a funny fake... taste. Lots of servers and bus boys walking the floor, but service was just OK at best. Both of out orders were close but notactually what we ordered too... Read more
Very good and tasty. The portions are big with the prices being very reasonable. Service was good as well. Great seating, nice... atmosphere and very well kept. Definitely a place to eat for us making it one of the few we'll be visiting often. Read more
