We?ve been ordering pizza from Pizza Villa for years. I would say best pizza in the area. Great customer service.

This used to be my go to pizza place since childhood. I am a 3rd generation customer and have always loved the food. Yesterday I... would've rated this place 4 stars, but today I wish there was a 0 star option. Today I called in an order for delivery. The guytook my order, number, etc. He said he would call me back with the total in 5 mins. 30 mins go by when I finally get a callback. Come to find out the guy I spoke to never even put the order in. When I expressed my frustration, I was literally HUNG UPON! Having worked in the food and customer service industry, I thought maybe it was a new employee who wasn't properly trained.NOPE. When I called back and asked for the manager/owner, it was the guy that hung up on me. When I asked if he was the one whohung up on me, he asked me if I was gonna have decency? I apologized for any attitude I gave and that I was frustrated because Ihave 2 kids (a 6 and almost 3 year old) that thought their favorite pizza was on the way. While i was explaining myself, he wasliterally talking about me calling me b**** to someone in the background. I knew the answer, but when I asked if he wasspeaking to me or someone else, he HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!!! I am literally in tears over the blatant disrespect! You don't hangup on customers, especially ones so loyal their family has been coming to them for over 50 years. The previous owner was almostlike family to us, but now with the entitled and downright disgusting actions of the new one, I'm not sure I will ever orderfrom them again. My experiences at PizzaVilla are actually pretty decent. I really always get the same things. A chicken Parmesan sandwich, penne... a la vodka pasta, or from occasions a slice of pizza. I think the cooks do their job well. Read more

They leave pizza out but the doors are wide open and flies habbit the area. I don't want cold pizza that's been sitting out all... day. They leave all their food out and open. Honestly this pizza place is terrible I could go to Newark and find better pizza.The sauce is very watered down the cheese is very soggy and greasy. The bread is very old everytime I come I can't get breakthat isn't hard and chew. And it should be fresh out the oven. It's still chewy. To the naked eye some may like this blandnessbut me no.
