The place needs some improvement in the drive through. They have a steel plate in the ground. Not sure what its for. But scares... you a bit when you run it over. The place also has a SUV in the parking lot that has been abandoned. It is missing three of thefour tires. Not a very welcoming place. Food overall no complaints. Read more

This was my first experience here in the states. I was a big fan of their whopper burgers back in india. I wanted to try thier... burgers as soon as I saw their logo in union city. The service was excellent. To be Frank i was treated well as I wasn't surewhat to order. We ordered chicken sandwich and to be Frank i was disappointed with the taste. Our chicken sandwich was a bit toosalty. Maybe I wasn't luck enough with the food to that of the service. Looking forward for more visits. Hope I get a properchoice next time. Read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. It is the closest location to my house, but the last 3 times I have gone they... have messed up my order and I have ordered on the app which should avoid these problems. All the details of my order areprinted on the receipt but the people who work there do not care. On the second time they messed up, I asked them to fix it andthe girl at the drive thru window told me to park and she would bring my food out to me, but I watched a car order at the drivethru, and then leave with food and no one was coming out with my food. I went inside and all of the employees were at the frontchatting and the girl that promised she would bring my food to my car acted stupid like she didn't know what i was talkingabout. This time is the last time I will ever go here. I paid extra to have bacon and cheese added to my whopper and neitherone was put on the sandwich.
