What started out with a great little waitress quickly turned into a struggle in the kitchen with new people training and dinner... rush. I won't go into details to much but just know when I expressed my displeasure not only did they fix the problemimmediately but were very apologetic and sincere for the mistake. The manager Chris was GREAT with my daughter as was herdaughter (the original waitress) with my child, she has sensory issues so it's a big deal for us. Ordered carry out while visiting in town. I requested plastic silverware being I am traveling. Did not receive. Ordered a burger... well done,it?s bloody,my onion soup tasted like a can of salty broth with some onions tossed in. I was told the cheese would beon the side being it?s carry out. Not a problem,except when I opened the container it had a handful of salad croutons in it anda slice of cheese with hardened edges. Spent 30$ on food to feed to the dog.
