This KFC was just renovated it looks great but I think they need to renovated the employees. They are slow and very rude and... dissectful to customers. The one employee after I ordered indrive through paid my order then get to window to get my order wastold they have no more chicken. Absolutely terrible service waited over half an hour for for chicken and people who came in after me and ordered buckets got... their food first. Also missing an items from my order that I paid over $50 for are you kidding me. The girl working the registerDenny is the most mundane horrible customer service worker ever. Very nice staff however Nice doesn?t get the job done certainly half or at least the majority of my ratings are evaluated by the... courtesy and experience of my visits. This was a little different situation since recent Covid has taken over our society andeverything we do in life, cuz this visit was very late at night and the staff was more than comfortable operating with theamount of people there were a performed jobs. If there?s such thing of overstaff then this is certainly your business aboutfive women it took to prepare my order which was only one value meal and a chicken sandwich and yet still had to ask me verballysix times or what else I ordered. My chicken sandwich did come customize requesting no pickle and of course my sandwich was madeafter asking three times guess what it had on it pickles! Again super nice group of staff in which they were all from the samespeaking country because the majority of their conversations was also done in Spanish. Ordered online. Go through drive through to pick up, asked to come inside, I do. No one is attending guests. Finally a young... man tries to help, just gives up and walks away. A woman is telling people to have patience. My order was supposed to be readyat 7:43 at 8:02, they tell me they have no chicken, I would have to wait 20-30 minutes longer. I ask to have ordered canceled, Manager didn't know how. Finally had to tell him to refund my card with a negative amount. Horrible service. Read more
