Not sure what's going on here, it was slow and our food was cold and tasted old...
I've always had great food from this Arby's.. Never had a issue using coupons or anything.. I have pretty much tried everything... on the menu list and that is no joke. Everything is awesome. The only thing I didn't like was the strawberry frosty.. Myfavorite shake is strawberry but something about the flavor didn't taste good to me.. Now the original Frosty is the bomb. Crinkle Cut French Fries IT'S ABOUT TIME! FRIES ARE EXPENSIVE & WORTH IT, BUT ONLY WHEN THEY'RE HOT! My last 2 times there... will now be my last 2 times there. Fries NOT HOT.....and for the next 20 minutes I waited at the pickup window for my hotfries, while 2 more cars was told to come up to the DOOR beyond my car/pick up window......as they worked around me? Instead ofjust making a fresh batch and watching me go on my happy way, the 14 yo pretending to be general MANager forced to leave,wouldn't return the price of the fries, and wad willing to call the police? So, I kept the cold greasy bottom of the barrelscraps that included mostly twice cooked curly fry chips and burnt ends. ???? WTH?!
