Sheetz has long been my go-to for a pitstop. On one recent pitstop, I placed an order for a sandwich at the kiosk, used the... restroom, got a fountain drink & a couple of other items, paid for all, and went to the MTO counter to wait for my sandwich.After 15 minutes, I asked a staff person about my order number, and they said that it had been made and picked up. I showed myreceipt (thank goodness I asked for one) and said that I've been waiting for 15 minutes. Someone stole my order! They asked if Icould wait a few minutes while they made my sandwich, and I said yes, thank you. I was initially shocked and I hope I didn'tcome off as a rude person. I've worked retail; I'll stand my ground for what's right, but I won't yell and cause a scene. I nolonger have the receipt with the details, and I don't remember who was the staff person who remade my order; when my sandwichwas ready, I thanked her, and said that I hope the person who took my order hated every bite! lol Read more
