I walk in, tell the cashier I ordered on mobile. He waves me over to the pickup window. I wait. Several people order and get... their food. I wait. Five minutes, it's slow in the building. I wait. I walk over to where I can see their screen, and i see myorder. No one is making it. I wait. I'm starting to get frustrated. No one looks at me, ask me if I need help. I wait. It's beenten minutes, and I watch the lady clear my order from the screen. Now I'm frustrated. "Excuse me, is no one going to make myorder?" The response was, "you don't have a right to get this angry. We're out of your bagel" "So that means you just erase myorder?" "You didn't tell anyone you were here!" "Can i just get a refund, then, since you won't make my order?" "You have to gothrough door dash" "I didn't use door dash, i used YOUR app." "You have to get a refund through the app, we can't help you." Keep in mind, I'm frustrated so my voice is stern. I'm not yelling, just stern. They ask what my order was! Ok. They give memy order, made wrong, with a substitute bread. . . TL:DR DON'T GO TO THIS DUNKIN staff isn't accommodating, they yell at you ifyou get upset, and they don't communicate. Read more
Was in there today 11/17/21. The girls that work there are real sweethearts. Prompt service with a smile. However the prices on... items in my opinion is rediculous. I believe $3.39 for a small coffee and a donut with a senior discount is WAY too high. Yourprices need to be more competitive and reduced by, I'd say, 50%. Until that happens, my visits will be few and far between. Weall need to be a little less piggy ???? in order to get inflation under control. You go girls you're doing a great job ???? Read more
This locations staff was incredibly friendly and willing to go the extra mile to look in the back when there was an item I... wanted that was not in the cooler. When my wife an I ordered the two for $5 bacon egg and cheese croissants we both discoveredthat our sandwiches where actually cold in the middle. I have written before, that in my opinion, Dunkin Doughnuts was a lot better in the past. I guess it is all part of cutting... costs and building a store on every other corner. The Doughnuts are shipped in. Do they make any of there baked goods onlocation anymore? So yesterday, I was wanting a cup of coffee and a sandwich.
