Love coming to this local favorite. I usually do a Bahn mi sandwich and a small soup. The soups here are tasty. Today was red... beans and rice soup. Delicious flavor. I read a lot of good reviews for this place so I dropped in. The ingredients are very fresh and it definitely had a great mom... and pop vibe the servers were very friendly. Being objective about the food the Italian grinder was lacking in the meatdepartment but very good just needs to be priced more appropriately(the bread was easily the best part of the sandwich). TheGumbo was ehh I lived in Louisiana for around a year and a half so it missed the mark as far as my expectations go. I will sayit was nice to have something hot on this rainy day. I most likely won?t be returning to the sandwich shoppe side of 4 kings butI definitely will be going to their bakery the ?Compost cookies? are phenomenal, and worth the trip. Read more

The bakery is unassuming and hidden, but so glad we found this gem! We got a mix of sweet and savory pastries and each were very... well made. They have a quality, flavorful dough and the cupcake base and frosting were so tasty!! Definitely worth the stop,you're sure to find something that you'll love! I wish they had more pictures online (and we are everything up too fast to takea picture haha) but some of the things we saw were pies, cupcake and cake slices, cookies, dessert bars, kolaches, cheesypretzel sticks, bread loaves, etc. They've got soups and sandwiches as well.
