I gave them 5 stars before, but now just 1. Yesterday I asked one of the guys if they got both my orders, just to make sure. The... guy literally said ?I only got two hands?. Today. I asked for iced americano they gave me a hot one, I said I asked for icedone, the girl took back the coffee and added some ice and gave me back. Great coffee and staff but it has pretty bad lines in the morning. That wouldn't normally be a big deal but they regularly have... people traveling south on north and south road try to skip the line that forms in the morning. If they would at least put up asign discouraging this I'd chang my review to 5 stars Read more
The experience was great. My iced blonde vanilla latte was great, tasty and the right amount of ice. The batista at the window... was excellent. His customer service, knowledge and attentfullness were on point. Kudos for him even though I did not get hisname. However, they can track my purchasing history and give him his props as well as those props that go to the individual(s)that prepared my refreshing drink. Read more
