2 stars for food 1 star for customer service. I understand it is fast food and I don't expect 5 star service but when taking... orders in the drive thru employees should have more patience. the lady taking our order, LaDonna, was very rude. she was rushingour order asking is that all, is that all after everything we said and telling us to pull around before we finished ordering.she was yelling at the cook in the back and just overall an unpleasant experience. we were the only car in the drive thru. We've been here many times without issue, but our most recent visit had problems. We ordered two blizzards on the app, but... upon arriving the window clerk informed us that those flavors had been discontinued, and asked if we'd like another. We said wewere okay and would just take a refund, to which he responded that it was the apps responsibility. We left and found that theapp had already charged us and said to call the store help or cancelation l, so we called the store and they said to callcorporate online, which we did, and they said to see the app. The only left to do is challenge the charge to the card and ceaseall patronage to dairy queen. They haven't really invested in restoring a dine-in service. A small sign on the door, the only indication of dine-in service... said 12 to 7. Inside, 3 pm, the overhead lights were off and nobody was attending the customer service counter. Only the drivethrough window was actively staffed. When a server did come take my order, the order was serviced well enough but clearlysecondary to other activity. Read more
I take my kids through the drive through and they usually get the blizzards. I like variety so I get whatever I am craving that... day. I enjoy their combo meals also. Good comfort food. Read more

Worst customer service!! You don't give spoons with blizzards?? My biggest complaint is the girls you have working are so rude I... can't believe you would allow this at your store.
