Giving 3 stars for food quality, could be 5 stars, but took away 2 stars because cannot order locally on app, wants me to order... from store 50 miles away. Also cannot scan in store or add receipt manually. Needed to go to web site to add receipt info. Noone in store knows anything. Bad app! Added receipt to web site since I couldn't scan in store or add receipt after purchase. Well, it never showed up from website. What is wrong with Chipotle. So much frustration with the app. Now I do want to give 5stars to the Chipotle in Upland, Colonies location. Better than most. It's nice you can ask for extra of most things to fill a burrito up, for those that don't get filler... (lettuce/veggies). Queso seems too expensive, sometimes it's really thick and they blob it in the middle and don't try to spreadit out a little. By request adding a couple small torts to a bowl was complimentary and free, now they charge which is lame. Read more
