Delivery was supposed to be a 25 to 30 minutes. Waited over a hour. I called to ask what was going on. The boy who answered was... very rude. So I canceled my order. Bad service. Will not order again from this location in Upland on Foothill blvd.if I can givezero stars I would! Read more
Compared to other Domino's locations, team members were attentive and prompt. Don't have to wait long to pick up your pizza!
Used to really like this location but their quality has dropped off recently. Their app can be a real hassle, and they really... started skimping on toppings. My final straw was when my elderly mother had called in an order for curbe pick up, and still hadto wait over an hour! She called the staff, three times, and they just 'forgot' about her. When someone finally got around tobringing her order they didn't apologize or anything, just said she should have used their app (which kept crashing, that's whyshe called to begin with!). To add insult to injury the pizzas came out with almost no toppings, and were too thin in themiddle. Read more
Ordered online. 2 medium pizzas. Waited 70 minutes total. On the pizza tracker, I saw that it sat for 40 minutes at the store... before being delivered. Sure enough, it was dry and tough. How do they want to make it right? By giving me 1 free pizza in thefuture or 20% off my next order. So, I have to spend money a second time to give them another chance. Mind you the free pizza isfor delivery only and minimum order is $16. Domino's is usually on point but they must need drivers or something. Not myproblem, I pay your to make pizza right the first time. If I gotta keep paying for you to do something wrong I might as wellmake it myself. If you can't make a delivery then cancel the order. We had a social contract. I pay you money, you deliverfresh-ish pizza. It's not a charity. I will no longer be donating to food service causes. Read more

I have been ordering dominos for some time now, and there is usually no problems with food or service. Today we ordered 2 pizzas... one speciality and one custom. The custom was missing toppings and when I called to see what can be done I was brushed off witha smug laugh and the quote ? I would be losing money on that? I was offered a pizza to come and pick up, but I had just spent$80 on pizza and delivery so I declined I was then offered the option of a driver to bring me cold jalapeños and coldpineapple. Very sad and disappointed in my ?pizza insurance? that dominos so greatly uses to place them selves a step above therest.
