I did an online order for the West Coast Spice pizza. Order said it would be ready in 30 minutes, but when I arrived, the order... was not ready and it had been over 40 minutes. The owner apologized and gave me a free drink. Not only that, but he gave mecomplementary garlic knots and wings! This is the best customer service I've ever experienced.
