First there was a foul odor when you walk in. Then I noticed how filthy the staff members uniforms were. The floors were sticky... and there was a weird vibe in the atmosphere. I could hear the sounds of what sounded like arguing coming from the kitchen. Thewaitress spilled drinks on a family at another table nearby (including their baby). I couldn?t believe what I was seeing! Aftergoing to the bathroom to clean up all the soft drinks that spilled on them, the customers left. I don?t blame them. Then therewas a strange bug crawling on the table. I informed the manager, she offered me a discount but my food was not discounted atall. I LOVE this particular restaurant. The location is nice, the staff is WONDERFUL & the food is edible. Why anyone would post a... negative remark is beyond me. If I had an issue with the food or staff which I have never had a bad experience, should giveconcerns to the manager to make issues better. Staff was really friendly, it took a little longer for my friend and I to get seated and then waited on but when we did our food... was out to us hot and ready after a couple mins. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the extra time it took, Iwould definitely go again when I'm in the area. Read more

Service was slow. My server acted like she had an attitude. The food was good when I finally got it however it wasn't placed in... front of me. My lipstick stained coffee cup was slammed down on the table away from me before my food was served. When I finallygot my servers attention to ask for another cup she rolled her eyes and took her time bringing me another cup. While waiting formy food, another guest was getting loud with different server about her service and attitude. The manager eventually took careof that issue but you could hear her loudly from the back of the restaurant (because had to speak over the servers loud mouth)tell the server to not get into it with guests and to come get her.
