I always appreciate Picas Pizza. I grew up right behind it for a good part of my life. Now living further away I miss it but,... it's even more enjoyable coming a little bit away to pick it up. Read more

Great pizza depends on what your looking for. We got a large pizza half cheese half pepperoni and I don't know of it was... complimentary but also got a Reece cheesecake even though we didn't order it. The cheese cake was amazing, but I will say thepepper was too saucy and not enough cheese and the cheese was the not enough sauce. Read more

Dined at the Upper Darby location last night with my hubby and it was most enjoyable experience. We started off with roasted... peppers and Italian bread. Next was a salad topped with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, delicious crunchy garlic croutons with theirhouse dressing. I wanted to take a bag of the croutons home with me! The entrées were a generous portion and delicious. I hadthe broiled seafood combination (lobster, shrimp, scallops and two pieces of flounder). Hubby had Fettuccine Pescatore (shrimp, clams, mussels, and scallops) in red gravy. Jen, our server was attentive and stopped by every 3-4 minutes to be sure we didn?tneed anything else. Even the boys that bused tables were good in that when clearing nearby tables, they were ?quietly?removing glasses and silverware. In addition, they cleared our table without being asked, and offered a take-out box thatincluded a bag. Seems like a simple thing, but at a diner we frequent it is always noisy when tables were bused and always haveto ask for a bag for our takeout box. So an ?A+? dining experience at Frank Pica?s in Upper Darby! Read more

We had a very large group and Picas was spectacularly accommodating! I got the seafood Alfredo. The seafood was delicious, but... the pasta was over cooked for my taste and I didn?t like the sauce. I wouldn?t order that again. But everyone else seemed toreally enjoy their meals! Read more

Sat in to eat, food was slow, came out too hot to eat, and I don?t think any seasoning was used. Seems like if you don?t order... pizza here you?re making a mistake. Haven?t eaten inside the restaurant in years and I hope it?s a long time before I do again. Also witnessed the hostess sit an elderly couple (one of which was using a walker) in the section that was up 2 stairs, whilethe husband tried to to plead to sit at one of the many open tables not up 2 steps, but was ignored. Only decent part of thisexperience was our server, but it doesn?t make up for 100 dollars worth of food and no one feeling satisfied. Read more
