Ridiculously slow and unapologetic. The team lead or maybe even the manager wouldn't even look at us sitting in the drive thru... window at eye level. Almost 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, 1 fry and 1 drink. No apology for the wait or even anacknowledgement of the delay. But after all of that, the food was pretty good. Read more

Waited in drive thru for what seemed like forever. When the person came to finally take my money he asked for an amount that I... knew wasn't my order. When I informed him I only ordered a sandwich he looked confused because it apparently wasn't on hisscreen. He then asked what sandwich I ordered at which point I asked for my money back and left. Arby's is normally slow and inthis area they are by far the most expensive fast food place then they make it worse by somehow deleting my order from the timeI ordered it to the time that I actually made it to the window.
