Oof. This place is chronically understaffed. I've given it several chances because the food is good but this last time I... couldn't even say that. Everything had been sitting under the heat lamps too long. (At least I hope that's all it was.) I endedup giving the fries to my dog. Plus the menu was completely gone in the drive thru and I waited to order for several minutes andnever heard anything. I finally gave up and ordered at the window. The only redeeming thing was the man at the window waspolite. Other employees I've encountered in the past were not. Read more
This location is mediocre, @ Best!!!! The drive thru worker had me wait in drive thru while they finished up their cigarette... break, the food was dried out from being under a heat lamp for too long is what it tasted like...????. We waited in line for 20 minutes before we ever got to order then another 10 waiting at the window. The chicken and biscuits... were both raw. We were driving so we tried to call and tell them about the problem and no one would answer the phone. This placedefinitely gives all KFC's a bad name. Read more
Pulled up to the drive-through waited several minutes. Someone came over the speaker and asked me to hold on. I said no problem... and waited 10 more minutes at the menu then someone came across and asked if I would be ordering chicken I replied yes that waspart of my order in which they responded that they had a 25 minute wait on all chicken. would have been nice to know that beforeI was asked to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes .Do not recommend this location.
