This Pizza Hut in Urbana Ohio is by far the worst I have yet to see. Not one day but two days in a row I received pizzas that... were smashed and shifted as if the driver like to slam on his brakes intentionally. I don't find this very pleasing. The firstnight when I called about the situation they were supposed to remake a pizza and send it to me and that never showed. The nextday I got a hold of somebody again about the situation and they credited my account and I ordered pizza again and guess whatsame exact situation is the night before. I don't know about anybody else but when I see my food if it ain't appealing to methen I don't want it. So who would want to deliver a pizza that looks like the two pieces in the pictures below. If that was myemployee he would not have his job. And when I called about it the second time they acted like I was joking or something I don'tknow but I don't think this is a joke. Do you want your pizza to look like this I seriously doubt that one. I didn't even wantto give him a single star but I guess I have to. Read more
The pizza was good and the waitress and the manager was very very nice they came out and checked on us like two or three times.... The wait was very short for our pizza. The restaurant was very clean atmosphere was good. Read more

I did a door dash order for dinner and it was great! My pizza was made right and best of all for dessert I got the Cinnabon... cinnamon rolls which are the best cinnamon rolls EVER!!! THANK YOU !!! ???????????? Read more
