Long wait on the drive through. Asked for 4 blts on French bread. They asked me if I wanted to substitute for 4 wheat breads... because that was the last 4 French breads and maybe other people wanted French bread I declined due to ordering for others andnot just me. Got to the window and nothing was said to me they just took my card for payment. Left and I was only given 3 bltson French bread and I was missing 1 sub. Horrible service. I ordered online an hour ago, and still have not received my food. I checked the website 25 minutes ago and it... said my food was to be delivered in 5 minutes. I called and all they said was that they do 10 orders at a time. Read more

I didn?t think it was possible to take so long in a drive thru line as the one I?m currently waiting in at this Jimmy John?s.... From not acknowledging that my car had pulled up for the first 2 minutes of me sitting there, to ?not being able to hear? ourorder, and then a double digit minute wait (and counting) before even getting to the window after placing the order.
