Custard is good, it would be nice to have consistency. I have been going here 35 years and this is first year I have to guess... whether I am getting the correct size. Could be the New normal because lack of help but ordered a medium and got a small, Itried to explain it because I could tell the lady was new but she basically didn't listen. I now wait until a busy time andmake sure the sizing is accurate before ordering. Read more

All of this being said, I couldn't give Erma's a five star rating simplybecause of the dollar value to portion size. A medium sized chocolate/vanilla twist here is like a small every where else.
