First time purchase of inedible food from this location. The spicy tenders with biscuit were unpalatable. The tenders were... undescribably horrible, the biscuit was doughy. The only thing it was good for was the garbage. Read more
No chicken an hour before closing can be understandable if you?ve had a busy day, what?s not acceptable is asking someone to sit... for 20 mins instead of advising they are out of chicken. Communication is key. I understand it?s mostly children in their firstjobs, but this was a very poor experience. I wish I never pulled in to order from this place. Read more
Terrible customer service. I tried doing an online order because I had a coupon and (according to the worker there) because the... place was so new (even though it shows up on Google), it didn?t show up as a an option to place an order at. So, I asked her ifshe would honor the code and she said she could not. Then, after ordering my $8 meal, I asked if I could have some sauces andshe said they cost extra because I didn?t order something with tenders in it. On top of that, the women just didn?t seem tocare. Morale was also in the gutters. Not a single person smiled or was happy. Tenders have a rubbery texture. Side of Mac was good, a little small. I'm sure its just a sign of the times, economy thing,... but $16 for one person for lunch is out if hand. Read more

To start it up we usually get drive through and the food is really good we end up getting the pieces of chicken we want, however... we went in this time and let me tell you I don't recommend it. My mother's food was Ice cold and the only thing hot was thefries and biscuits, they also forgot the pepper my mom ordered. This was disappointing Because we saw the reviews and saidlet's go inside, only to be let down this is probably the first time they have done this and I'll tell you I will only gothrough drive through instead of dine in. Another thing is that the cashier that was at the cash register was very, very, VERY,slow.
