Ordered my sandwich ahead and it wasn?t ready till 20 mins after the fact. As soon as my sandwich was done, it was straight up... cold steak. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they seemed short staffed, but then the lady decided to be rude andrefused to refund me. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. They always make it so perfect! The right amount of what I pick and very kind. The only thing about going in the one across from... the unibank, is there are a bunch of kids that don't have nothing better to do but take up the tables and so no one can sit. Iactually had left to go to another one with my partner. They were not wearing a mask and just everywhere. I think there shouldbe a limit of kids in there. Smh. Low quality meat at this location. I enjoy robust, fresh, flavorful meat. I say to the manager- Why is your meat so beat? Owner seems cheap. Bread has changed in quality, mayo was watered-down and took away oven roasted chicken in place with... rotisserie chicken. Super disappointed compared to the other subways in the area. Customer service is always good. Read more
