Does not know what customer has ordered. When complained, manager said i will personally take care next time. Nothing improved.... They don?t care about you. Read more
I order 2 burges and received 1 witb no sauce inside (ordered extra sauces) & other burger not packed properly. Also i asked for... ketchup to the lady who habded me ketchup, sbe said yes the ketchup is in the bag but i found the bag was empty; no napkins nocutlery no ketchups. The manager does not seem to take the complaints seriously. That means now you have no body to speak to. Read more
Food comes out fresh but might be the worlds slowest drive thru. Not sure if they?ve ever passed food through the drive thru... window before. Expect to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot. Read more
Wow I love this store. I am a daily customer at this place and I eat the Angus with cheese all day everyday, for me that's the... perfect burger. The patty is always fresh and juicy and that too with fresh vegetables toppings. It takes time but worth it. Read more
