I came here July 4 when driving to Sacramento and should have kept driving. Usually firehouse is great! But they had 2 people... working and that was no good. Food was ok. Took a long time to get a small sandwich. Read more
Stopped in on Saturday, July 9. Both sandwiches were fantastic, as was the service. Will definitely be back.
From the lack of communication from the wait staff to the pathetic example of a sandwich is why I give this establishment a 2... star. I think buying a sandwich from a vending machine would be a better option.... Read more
Very disappointing with Firehouse subs. I placed a phone order got there to pick up they hadn't even started on them yet they... said 15 mins I arrived in 10 mins I guess it was good thing though when asking about my sandwich that I want cold not hot heasked if I wanted both cold the other sandwich was an Italian sub so yes of course then the guy said all their sandwiches areserved hot, well maybe when someone is placing a phone order the one taking the order should mention that!! we were looking fora couple good sub sandwiches not hot sandwiches. We took them to go drove 45mins home the bottom bread was soggy the bread wastough and dry VERY DISAPPOINTING and for their over priced sandwiches never again. Read more
