This is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I was a partner for 8 years and worked at multiple stores throughout... California. We were ways taught to provide excellent customer service and speedy services, especially in the drivethrough. Sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes for drinks that were made incorrectly is unacceptable. The girl at the windowwas rude, didn't apologize for the wait and KNEW our drinks were made wrong and still sent them out the window. We were toofrustrated to complain and feared they'd make them wrong again anyways, so we just left. I'm not normally one to complain andusually just go with the flow, but it seems it's impossible to receive good customer service these days, so save yourself andchoose a different Starbucks. Even Dutch Bros would have been a better choice! Read more
