Menu for Gravity Haus Vail in Vail, CO

The pros: comfortable beds, clean, good location, heated floors in bathroom, the spa services. The bad: co-working is... impossible due to horrible wifi, both in hotel and Dryland - LTE is terrible too, so plan on sitting in your vehicle for calls ?embarrassing. They had cookies made at front desk, but were always out - no chance of more. The room had a speaker but no wayto plug it in behind the decorative wall boards. Staff seemed indifferent, parking rates increased without communication ($70for members), no EV charging, limited breakfast options. Hot tub area very icy, needs heat mats for safety. Read more

Really nice hotel with a great bar. Perfect location for a weekend in Vail. Not great beds and pillow, but it's a hotel, so... that's kind of assumed. Everything else makes up for it. Read more

The location is great, the room was pretty lackluster at that price. For paying almost $600 a night I?d expect more features in... room (eg: charging docks for devices were non existent, when the standard marriot has those). The elevator was only accessibleto THEIR parking garage with no street access at their doors, leaving you to carry your bags up stairs to the elevator. Phenomenal experience at Gravity Haus, Vail. The staff was so friendly and texted me days prior to my arrival to ensure that... everything would be set for me when arriving. The hotel was in a perfect location to Vail Village and my room was perfect and mybed so comfortable. Loved having a coffee shop and fitness facility on property to use at my convenience. I'd been looking forward to staying here for years- what a majestic setting on the creek with a patio fireplace and hot tubs. We... came at the beginning of mud season after finding some decent off season pricing. I'm a little disappointed in what you allcharge while under construction, I feel a little taken advantage of. The matresses in room 25 were not up to par. The lowerlevel Common areas are beautiful, and the gal at the spa was quite friendly. Read more
