Very nice restaurant and food was excellent. If your look at their menu closely on reviews you would come to know some items are... seasonal. Like the Israel charred tomatoes spread we had was out of this world with the flavour. And the cilantro tacos to gowith it was so tasty. Read more

We started off with warm pimento cheese with bacon jam and pickled onion and celery. It was delightful! Probably one of the best... spreads I’ve ever eaten. For our main course we had the waygu steak and the rotisserie chicken at our server’srecommendation. The steak was a bit tough for such a nice cut of beef but it did pair well with the fingerling potatoes, summerpeaches and smoked tomato hollandaise however the rotisserie chicken was an excellent choice. The smoked pimento butter reallysets this dish off! The chicken is on a bed of grits and topped with grilled zucchini and butter milk crunches! We finished ourmeal off with the Colorado mess, which is an Italian meringue with berries, rhubarb jam, brown sugar crumbles and strawberrysorbet. The dessert was an amazing end to a wonderful meal. We will more than likely come back to this restaurant as it is thebest restaurant we’ve eaten at in Vail so far. I would have given 5 stars but I’ve had a better steak for way less money. Read more

We had a very disappointing experience today for a late lunch at your restaurant. We have been to Vail many times and dined at... numerous restaurants, and this was by far the biggest let down. Our server Emily/table 104 was inattentive and very passiveaggressive. We waited an extremely long time-near an hour from the time we arrived to get our main course. One member of ourparty ordered steak and was not given a steak knife. Despite asking for one, after waiting 5 minutes, he finally got up to getone himself. Sadly one member of our party was given the incorrect entree, a pâté, when she had ordered a tartar. The rest ofus were eating for more than 10 minutes and she was left waiting. Our server failed to offer an apology or any empathy. When thebill came Emily had not comped her entree. I had to ask for the bill to be adjusted. In addition, the onion rings were veryspicy and I was unable to eat them. The menu did not specify they were spicy and Emily failed to inform us of this. Again, noapology or accountability. All of your servers seemed very somber/like they do not enjoy their work or interacting withcustomers. ???? Read more

Great all around restaurant with good music, good food, and good service. A nice cross between gourmet dining in a casual... setting. Recommend the Ahi Tuna Crudo, bone marrow and pâté. Short ribs were good but not as good as the previously mentioned. Read more

Great food. Good atmosphere. Ok service. Our waiter wasn't the best, but others there were great. So I'm not going to subtract... for that, he was probably just having a bad day. The selection of food is good. They have some things on the menu that arereally hard to find, like bone marrow. I also had the chicken salad, it was really good and filling. It even had granola on it,which I would never think of putting on a salad, and have never had on a salad before. It worked very well, and tied all theflavors together. Read more
