I have been shopping at this store for many, many years (since it was at the top of Bridge Street). I went in today with my... 2-year old daughter. The staff was HORRIBLY RUDE. I stood there for about 4 minutes before they finally asked if they could helpme. As I was checking out, my daughter tapped the glass display - she tapped it hard enough to make a noise. The young girlworking leaned over and yelled at her "STOP HITTING THE GLASS!". I immediately let her know she can communicate that to me and Iwill let her know, as she is only two. I have never had a stranger yell at my child like this. This store needs to work ontraining their staff on politeness or they risk losing their loyal customers. I will also say that this is not the first time Ihave had a bad experience - no other times enraged me enough to leave a bad review. I was there last month, chocolate is fine, hot chocolate was ok too. What really stood out to me was being ignored by the three... people who worked there while they talked.
