This is a fast food type restaurant. You pay, tip and then they call you to pick up your food. You will not get served. The food... is a hit or miss. The saba shioyaki is not bad. The beef teriyaki has a good taste but texture is bad. It looks boiled or stirfried. The portions are very small. Be ready to order extra if you are hungry. Ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl?from the taste of the first bite of chicken?I was unsure if it was fresh. So I tried dipping... it in the little bit of sauce that was left in the box after it spilled out into the bag. I was not impressed. I was skeptical because I am really sensitive to fish products. Since summer I tried their chicken Katsu and my husband tried... their fish and told me their sashimi and products were fresh. After tasting it, I started order there but today the maki deepfried I took were not fresh at all.
